The hop for APA!APA #13 is Cashmere! It’s a relatively new hop variety- developed by Washington State University and released in 2013! Cashmere is the result of a marriage of Cascade and Northern Brewer. Cashmere showcases flavors lemon, lime and melon, and exhibits a smooth bitterness with a subtle herbal bouquet.
