We’ll do “Always” beers and “Sometimes” beers. So, some beers will always be on tap. And some will come and go. And come back. We’ll brew the styles that we love and have brewed over the years. We love dry beers and we really love dry, hoppy beers like IPA and German-style Pils. We’ll accompany them with Belgian-style Ales like Tripel and Saison. And we’ll be traditional, seasonal, “collaborational”, and a little unpredictable. Come for your favorite, or come find a new one.

Our food menu, just like our beer, focuses on craft and quality. Our ‘always’ pizzas (including our signature White Clam) pair well with our two standard salads that you can come and get everyday. But over half our menu (from pizzas, salads, and sandwiches) will change based on what’s fresh, what’s in season, and what our chef Tim Stevens, aka Jesus, wants to do. And when his deviled eggs are on the menu, you’re going to want to make sure you get them.
