Hey kids.
This Friday is the debut of our first brewing collaboration. Rapid Scorpion, an India Session Ale, is the result of partnering with Chad Kennedy of Worthy Brewing Co. out of Bend, OR. India Session Ales are often described as “All the IBUs, half the ABV” of American-style IPAs. Ours won’t really be half, clocking in with an OG of 13.5, 58 IBUs, and an ABV of 5.8. A nice little sting.
“An irresponsible use of hops,” is how we like to describe it. “It’ll rock you like a hurricane,” says Mr. Kennedy. So, yes, it’s wonderfully hoppy experience that you can enjoy all night long.
